Din-Home Chartered Contractors is a Federally and Provincially registered General Contracting Construction Company. Registered and licensed by the RBQ, “Régie du bâtiment du Québec,” and in the territory and province of Quebec, in the country of Canada. All of our employees and trades workers hold licenses and are fully qualified construction workers working in the province of Quebec. Our team is highly skilled, and reminded daily of the risks involved in conducting construction work.

Din-Home Chartered Contractors Terms of Service:
All of our construction possesses are Federally and Provincially approved. Each construction step is calculated and constructed with the most up to date and most ecological proses available in the territory Quebec, Canada.

Din-Home CHartered Contractors Website & Licenses Agreements Din-Home TM, Din-Home Chartered Contractors, and is a licensed Trademark, and registered in the Federal database in the country of Canada. The www.Din-Home.ca website is designed, and hosted through Produits Maison DIN Home Products. Din-Home Chartered Contractors. and www.DinHome.ca does not allow:
a. Unlicensed distribution practices, on line, and or without permission.
b. Unlicensed construction, or repair of commercial or residential buildings.
c. Verbal or discriminatory abuse internally, online, or from third party members.

Din-Home Chartered Contractors Terms of Safety:
All construction possesses must be executed and build while maintaining the Federal and Provincial safety code law. No construction worker may remain on a construction site to preform a task without the specific and according safety attire, and the specific safety attire listed in the provincial construction safety code of Quebec and Canada.

Din-Home Chartered Contractors Terms of Services Agreements:
Any agreements formed, and agreed upon between parties and between Din-Home Chartered Contractors remain valid, and valid within the terms of the Civil Code of Quebec and any other codes of law that may apply. Quoted below from the Civil Code.

PRELIMINARY PROVISION
The Civil Code, in harmony with the Charter of human rights and freedoms (chapter C-12) and the general principles of law, governs persons, relations between persons, and property. The Civil Code comprises a body of rules which, in all matters within the letter, spirit or object of its provisions, lays down the jus commune, expressly or by implication. In these matters, the Code is the foundation of all other laws, 1 although other laws may complement the Code or make exceptions to it.

• DISCLOSURE: All information gathered by Din-Home Chartered Contractors will be presented strictly to individuals, third party members that are related to the project, and or to the specific project’s scope.
• RETENTION: Din-Home Chartered Contractors cannot be held responsible for any lost, closed or abandoned property information, or unless otherwise previously stipulated.
• ACCESS: A client with an open file at Din-Home Chartered Contractors may request a copy of any pertinent information related to their file and at any time.
